What are your products?

Pots and Pans Depot offers Homeware and Kitchenware that serve both quality and function that can give you a better kitchen and dining experience.

What's the size of the item?

The details and sizes of the products are often indicated in the photo. You may also refer to the description box found on the product page.

How will I know if my order pushed through?

You will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of your order.

The product I want is out of stock. When will it return?

We're sorry you missed out! Please contact potsandpansdepotph@gmail.com and let us know what product you're looking for.

Can I change or cancel my order?

All sales are final. Once a purchase has been made, there are no exchanges or refunds. However, Returns and Refunds for faulty/incorrect items received will be entertained if requirements are met. (Please refer to the Product Return and Exchange section below)

Please note tht Pots and Pans Depot reserves the right to cancel multiple or fraudulent orders.

Is there a chance my order won’t be fulfilled?

In case specific products are unavailable for any reason, our team will contact you to suggest a replacement or provide a refund.

Can I get discounts when I use my Seniors Citizen Card / PWD Card / VAT Exemption Certificate / Diplomat ID / Vat Exemption Identification Card when I shop online?

Currently, we are not able to apply these discounts as we are not able to verify these documents through our online shop.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept MasterCard and Visa cards, PayPal, GCash, GrabPay and Bank Transfers.

Shipping & Delivery

Where will the items come from?

Your items will be shipped from Valenzuela City, Philippines.

When will my order be fulfilled/shipped?

We do our best to make sure you get your items as fast as we can! Our hours of operation are from Monday to Saturday 9am-6pm. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order.

Can I choose my preferred delivery date?

Since delivery schedules are highly dependent on the availability of our partner logistics providers, we cannot commit to specific delivery dates.

How long will shipping take?

Delivery lead time vary per location from the date of payment confirmation and order processing.

Metro Manila: within 3-5 business days
Luzon, outside Metro Manila: within 3-7 business days.
Outside Luzon: (not available at the moment)

How can I track my order?

Our courier will update you once your order is on the way and when they are near your area. Please be ready to receive your order and remember to thoroughly check your items before accepting your order from our courier.

What happens if I’m not available to receive my package upon delivery?

As our current delivery partners are on-demand, which means parcels are picked up and delivered straight to you, please ensure that someone is available to receive your orders. In the event that no one will be around to sign off on your delivery, please contact us immediately at potsandpansdepotph@gmail.com.

You may be charged an additional delivery fee should your order require redelivery.

Product Return & Exchange

Return and Refund Policy

We do our best to ensure that all items we dispatch are correct. However, mistakes unfortunately do happen. Products received with defects or damage are valid for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Should any of the abovementioned happen, please email us at potsandpansdepotph@gmail.com with the ff information:

Subject: Return and Refund/Exchange Request, Name, Order #
Attach an unboxing video showing the airway bill attached to the parcel and all items received inside the package for proof that you initially received the wrong/faulty item(s).

Note: You have 3 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a Return and Refund or Exchange. Item(s) returned beyond this time scale might not be eligible for a Return/Refund.
